Due to the speed of sales, availability of featured items cannot be guaranteed.

A £3.99 charge is added to each order to cover postage and packing. This applies to UK, Channel Islands and BFPO orders. A £5 charge is added to Republic of Ireland orders for postage and packing.

We are unable to process your order via our website but our Customer Services Team will be glad to assist you by phone or email. All Overseas orders will be charged £20.00 for a courier delivery. For non-EU countries and BFPO's Sweatshop can deduct the VAT. For EU countries VAT is charged at the normal 17.5%. All orders will be charged in Pounds Sterling.

You can pay by: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, American Express or Solo. Your credit card details are submitted via a secure socket. You can therefore complete the payment form, confident in the knowledge that your credit card details will remain private. We use the latest, fast and reliable online credit card processing via Commidea's servers to ensure your security. Credit card transactions are pre-authorised at time of order and processed after we've confirmed the goods you've ordered are available and ready for despatch.

If you would like to pay by cheque, postal order or Sweatshop gift vouchers, you need to place your order by telephone - 020 8758 0044. Vouchers need to be sent to Mail Order in order for them to be accepted as payment. Please make cheques/postal orders payable to Sweatshop and post to Sweatshop Mail Order (Payments), Unit 5, Fleming Way Industrial Estate, Worton Road, Isleworth, Middlesex TW7 6EU. If you're paying by cheque, please write your card number on the back of the cheque.

Gift vouchers must be sent Recorded Delivery as we will not be held responsible for any vouchers that are lost in post.

UK orders are dispatched by DPD or Royal Mail parcel post, depending on the size of the order - please allow 48 - 72 hours for dispatch, excluding weekends. Should any item be delayed Sweatshop will inform you of the expected delivery date.

1. Under article 2 of the WEEE Directive* each Member State is required to minimise the disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) as unsorted municipal waste and to achieve a high level of collection of WEEE for treatment, recovery and environmentally sound disposal.

2. Brasher Leisure Ltd T/A Sweatshop offers to recycle and dispose of our customers' old electrical or electronic equipment (EEE) for free when our customers purchase a new like-for-like item from us.

For customers that want us to do this; simply take your old product in to one of our stores at the time of purchase of a new EEE item or within 30 days thereafter.

5. Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) that was made after June 2006 should display this symbol (below) on the packaging or product.

* European Parliament and Council Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (2002/96/EC) (“the WEEE Directive”) and the subsequent European Parliament and Council Directive 2003/108/EC that amended the WEEE Directive.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason you can return it (unworn) within 14 days for a refund. We offer a free returns service to all of our mainland UK customers via Royal Mail. Please follow the returns process outlined on the back of your receipt and use the freepost label provided. Don't forget to ask for a certificate of posting. Sweatshop can't refund the postage charge for non-UK mainland returns. This does not affect your statutory rights. Should you wish to return an item, you can return it to Sweatshop Mail Order or any of our stores (excluding Harrods).
