Shop News Free Spinal & Posture Checks The first Saturday of every month, between 1 - 4pm, Back To Health will be in store to give free spinal and posture checks. Posture and spinal function have a direct influence on your health, strength, flexibility and sports performance. Please call or email store for any further information.

In Store Running Group

New beginners running group
We hold a free beginners running group from the shop, every Monday night at 6.30pm. You can change at the shop and leave your gear in the office. New runners and beginners are welcome to this friendly and social group. We'll match you with other runners of similar pace so you'll have no problem keeping up.
