Returns

Should you be unhappy with any part of your order, you can return it for refund or exchange within 14 days, providing it is returned in a saleable condition and all tags are attached. We offer a free returns service to all of our mainland UK customers via Royal Mail. All returns are processed on day of receipt.

Please follow the returns process below and ensure you enclose a copy of your receipt or contact details with your return.

Alternatively, all items purchased online can be returned to any Sweatshop store (excluding Harrods) with your receipt as proof of purchase.
