Christmas deliveries

Order by midnight on Wednesday 21st December for guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas.

Delivery

UK orders are shipped using DPD courier service or Royal Mail parcel post, depending on the size of your order and locality of the warehouse used for shipping. Should your parcel be shipped using DPD the parcel will require a signature. We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Should any item be delayed we will inform you of the expected date of dispatch as soon as possible.

Overseas orders will be shipped using Royal Mail International Post. To place an order from overseas, please call our Customer Services Team on +44 (0)20 8758 0044.

Please remember to include your your full name and postcode when corresponding by email. Lines are open Monday to Friday 9.00hrs to 17.30hrs.

Postage costs

UK and BFPO addresses: a £3.99 charge is added to each order to cover postage and packing.

Ireland: £5.00.

Overseas orders: £20.00.

Free returns

For the Christmas period we have a no quibble extended returns policy until 1st March for items bought by 31st December.

We offer a free returns service to all of our mainland UK customers via Royal Mail. Please follow the returns process outlined on the back of your receipt and use the freepost label provided.
