Order online for collection in store

You can have your order delivered FREE to any of our 35 stores* nationwide. This gives you the convenience of shopping from home at any time of day or night to reserve your goods or make sure they're available in your nearest store, we'll email you when your order's ready to collect and you can pick it up whenever you're ready.

How it works

  • Order online: Add your chosen item(s) to your shopping basket as per a normal online order.
    Click the 'Checkout' button and log in as normal if you are an existing customer or add your billing address details if you haven't ordered from us before.


  • Choose a store: In the 'Delivery details' section, check the 'Deliver to store' box and select a store from the drop-down box that appears.
    Click the 'Next' button and you'll see that the delivery address is the address of your chosen store
    Enter your payment details on our secure payment form and click 'Place Order'.


  • Order confirmation: You will be emailed your order confirmation. Print this email or print your order confirmation page as you will need a copy of your order on collection.
    We will email you when your order is dispatched, which will be within 48 hours, excluding weekends.
    Your selected store will email you when your order is ready for collection. This will usually be within 4 working days, however we will contact you if there is any delay.


  • Collect from store: When it's convenient for you, collect your order from the store. You will need to show a copy of your order confirmation or, if you only have the order number with you, you will be asked for photo identification (such as a driving licence, passport or bus pass). You will be asked to sign for the parcel.
    If you are unable to collect the parcel for any reason, the person collecting on your behalf will need to supply a copy of your order confirmation and provide identification. They will also be asked to sign for the parcel.

    If after 28 days your order has not been collected and you cannot be contacted, the order will be returned to our warehouse and you will be refunded the value of the items.
